W Klasztorze cysterskim św. Józefa w Etiopii, Kapituła, która zebrała się po zakończeniu wizytacji kanonicznej przeprowadzonej przez Opata Generalnego wraz z Prokuratorem Generalnym, wybrała na nowego przełożonego O. Daniela Getachew Ghebremichael, na okres sześciu lat. Jest następcą O. Bazezewa Gizawy, Przeora od 2012 r., który prowadził wspólnotę w okresie konsolidacji własnej autonomii.
