Wybory opata prezesa w Kongregacji Brazylijskiej

17 czerwca 2025 roku, w trakcie 17. Kapituły Kongregacji Brazylijskiej Cystersów, wybrano nowego opata prezesa – został nim Dom Bento Gonçalves de Oliveira, OCist, opat klasztoru Nossa Senhora da Santa Cruz w Itaporanga. Tym samym zakończyła się 14-letnia posługa ojca Mauro-Giuseppe Leporiego, OCist, opata generalnego Zakonu Cystersów, który pełnił funkcję pro-prezydenta ad nutum Sanctae Sedis tejże Kongregacji. Módlmy się za to nowe zadanie powierzone o. Bento i za nowy etap w życiu Kongregacji Brazylijskiej.
