New Prioress at Helfta

On the evening of Saturday, January 31, 2015, the community of Helfta gathered under the presidency of the Abbot General in order to elect a new superior, after the death of Mother Agnes Fabianek. Sr. Christiane Hansen, a nun from Seligenthal already present and assisting at Helfta, was chosen.
